Summary

Mario Gianni, an Italian, produced and recorded this vivid and pictorial documentary that portrays sannyasin life in the Poona I commune. Whether the movie was filmed in 1979 or perhaps later in 1980 is unclear. In addition to black and white images of Poona city at the time, the documentary includes images of Ashram life with the community at work, particularly in the kitchen and office. It also shows some parts of Osho satsang and energy darshan. Additionally scenes from intense encounter group therapy as well as meditations like whirling or music group are presented. Italian sannyasin’s interviews complete the movie.

A significant amount of the film's original footage is not included in any other documentaries.

The satsang discourse is from the series "Guida Spirituale", Chapter 2, Question 4 from Sw Prem Francesco ("Osho, I am going to Italy and the situation there is very bad").
